Jean-François Luckenson

Patient Support Activity Manager

When an earthquake ravaged his island on 12 January 2010, Jean-François was studying law at university. He felt the earth shake and saw how the quake left his neighbourhood unrecognisable. Jean-François and his family were unharmed, but he has always been proud of working with MSF to help those who were not so lucky.

In his role supervising community health workers, he manages teams that work to raise awareness about health and hygiene in the villages, to prevent the spread of diseases such as cholera.
